Would you like a personal one to one or small group coaching experience?

We offer high quality personal coaching sessions with our coaches designed to help you get the most from reaching your endurance sport goals. ¬†That might be a first time marathon finish or the pursuit of a personal best. If you’re looking for that extra edge or want some personal ‘face to face’ time with one of the UK’s leading endurance sports experts then get in touch and let us know how we can help.

These 1/2 day experiences are hosted in Poole, Dorset and can be tailored to your personal needs.

Individual and small group options are available.

A typical coaching experience includes:

  • Meet the coach. Tea/coffee welcome and training catch up with the coach. Setting your aims for the day.
  • A practical coached run suitable for your ability. Learn how to run more efficiently, more relaxed, stronger and faster.
  • Lunch and post run coaching review.
  • A stretch and conditioning session.
  • A nutrition for racing and training session.
  • A day review and action planning session.

The sessions are designed to be informal and fun with no pressure or expectation.
